Account deletion request
Members can delete their African Solidarity account from this page. Deleting your account closes your member profile, signs you out, and prevents future login from the website and mobile app.
Personal profile data, login credentials, identity document references, and profile photo references are removed from the active account record. Some transaction, contribution, wallet, or legal records may be retained when required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal compliance.
To delete your account, sign in first and return to this page. If you cannot access your account, contact us and include the email address or phone number connected to your membership.
